CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR
FILING THE GMT FINAL MAP AND
RE LATED MATTERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Extension of Time to File Final Map: The time for
filing the final map for Westborough Unit 4 is hereby extended
to June 30, 19 72.
2. Execution of Agreement: Execution of the agreement
between the City of South San Francisco and GMT Investors,
a California limited partnership, entitled "Agreement,
Westborough 4A- Improvements and Other Matters Related to
Park Site and Tentative Map," is hereby authorized and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf ~f
the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re§u~ar .. .... meeting
held on the ~st day of February , 1977~ , by
the following vote:
