CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROPOSAL
REGARDING ACQUISITION OF A PARCEL OF
LAND (PORTION OF LOT 28, BLOCK 1,
PERSON g SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized to negotiate for acquisition of the parcel desig-
nated as a portion of Lot 28, Block 1, Person g Swans on
Industrial Tract, containing twenty-thousand five hundred
sixty-nine and nine-tenths square feet (20,569.09 sq. ft.)
more or less, for Two Dollars Seventy Cents ($2.70) per square
foot provided owners are able to convey marketable title and
owners waive any and all other claims for damages, rent,
interest, attorneys fees and other costs and expenses.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting
