CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE REVIEW OF
ORDINANCE NO. 610 AND DEFERRING
COLLECTION OF TAX.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The review of Ordinance No. 610, commenced on Wednesday,
February 10, 1971, at 8 o'clock P.M., be continued to the 12lb
day of May , 19 7~ , so that the merchants in the
"Area", representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, and/or
committees composed of representatives of the respective groups
may meet and confer regarding the provisions of the ordinance
and suggested modifications thereto.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
defer collection of the levy imposed by Ordinance 610 until
the 12th day of May , 1971 .
