CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS -
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT
(PRODUCE AVENUE TO UTAH AVENUE).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francis co that,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 16th day of February , 19 71 ,
fop the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described in the plans entitled "South Airport Boulevard
Improvements - Produce Avenue to Utah Avenue, and the Council
having determined that all bids should be rejected;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered as follows: That the
Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids
and orders the bid bonds returned to the bidders.
