CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONSULTANT
SERVICES AGREEMENT TO DEBORAH GLASSER KOLLY
LABOR RELATIONS, LLC, FOR LABOR NEGOTIATION
SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, staff recommends awarding the Consultant Services Agreement
( "Agreement ") to Deborah Glasser Kolly Labor Relations, LLC ( "Consultant "), for provision of
labor negotiation services effective January 1, 2012; and
WHEREAS, staff will use Consultant's labor negotiation services, as needed, to
supplement the efforts of the Human Resources Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby awards the Consultant Services Agreement to Deborah
Glasser Kolly Labor Relations, LLC; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
the documents necessary to effectuate the Agreement on behalf of the City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 11` day of
January, 2012 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark Addiego, Karyl Matsumoto, and Kevin Mullin,
Vice Mayor Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Richard A. Garbarino
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
