CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR GRANT TO
ACQUIRE AND/OR DEVELOP LAND FOR OPEN-SPACE
PURPOSES NO. CALIF. 0SA-421 BY AND BETWEEN
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco as follows:
Section 1. The pending proposed Contract for Grant to
Acquire And/Or Develop Land For Open-Space Purposes No.
Calif. 0SA-421 is hereby in all respects approved.
Section 2. The City Manager of the City of South
San Francisco is hereby authorized and directed to execute
Contract No. OSA-421(G) in two (2) counterparts on behalf
of the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to impress and attest the official seal
of the Public Body on each such counterpart and to forward such
counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban Develop-
ment, for execution on behalf of the Government together with
such other documents relative to the approval and execution
of such counterparts as may be required by the Government.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immedi-
ate ly.
Adopted this 1st day of March, 1971.
