A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF
A RIGHT OF SERVICE AND USE IN WATER FACILITIES
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San FrancisCo, California, that
WHEREAS, the acquisition of right of service and use in
water facilities in the Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park,
Unit No. 2, has heretofore been previously authorized in pro-
ceedings conducted pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 42B6,
adopted June 28, 1965, as amended;
WHEREAS, said facilities have been completed and the
Engineer of Work has certified as to the actual cost thereof
and payment of said cost by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California
Prope rtie s, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That City, on behalf of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes
Industrial Park, Unit No. 2, acquire from Cabot, Cabot &
Forbes California~Properties, Inc., a right of service and
use in water facilities to serve the properties in said
assessment district.
2. That a warrant be drawn on the construction
fund for said ~proJect in the sum of $28,620.26, payable to
Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Properties, Inc., for the
acquisition of said right of service and use by the City; and
that said warrant be delivered to Cabot, Cabot & Forbes
California Properties, Inc. forthwith.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day of March, 1971,
by the following vote:
