A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SOUTH' AIRPORT BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS -
PRODUCE AVENUE TO UTAH AVENUE
RESOLVED, by the City Co'ancil of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, exam!hud
and declared on the 4th day of March , 19 71
for the work to ba done and the improvement to be ~nade as
described and sp.ecified:
South Airport Boulevard Improvements -
Produce Avenue to Utah Avenue
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject al~ of- .~ pro-

~wards the contract for doing the wor~ and improvemanc~ and
furnishing the materials, supplies a~d equipment neces, sary
~herefor, to the lowest responsible ~idder, at the anxt ·

Freeman-Sondgroth Construction Co.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby autho:z: to
mak~ and enter into a written contract with said succ~ ful
bidC~r, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby dire .... ~ to

the City.
