A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTP~ACT
MAGNOLIA RECREATION CENTER -
FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
I~REAS, pursuant to previous order of. tile City Council
and published notice, bid.s were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the ~Sth day of. Mar%h _ , 197~
for the work t.o be done a~nd the improvement to be' mad~--~s
described and .specified·

Fire Alarm System
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-.
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, .and hereby.
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible ~ bidder, at. the unit
prices named in their bid to wit'
McClure Electric, Incorporated
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a iwritten contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City. ~
3o That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 15th day of March. , 19 71 ,
