CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS, MUNICIPAL
SWIMMING POOL PROJECT 1971.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 12th day of Hatch 1971
for the work to be done fnd the improvement to b-~'mad~.--~s
described and specified'
Plans entitled "Landscape Improvements, Municipal S~imming
· Pool Project - 1971" '
Specifications entitled "Landscape Improvements, Municipal
Swimming Pool - 1971"
NOW, T~.~Pd~FORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit:
Asphalt Paving Company
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~
held on the 5th day of April __, 19 71 ,
