CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT - RODENT CONTROL SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francis co that
WHEREAS, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared
on the 23rdday of March , 19 71 , for the following work:
Rodent Control Services, 197~-72 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract for doing the work and furnishing
the materials, supplies and equipment necessary therefor, to
the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit prices named in
their bid, to wit:
Sure-Kill Exterminators
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
