CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR
PURCHASE OF OPEN SPACE AND RECREATIONAL
LAND AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGN SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that that certain Agreement dated -^pri~ 5
19 71 , entitled, "Agreement for Purchase of Open Space and
Recreational Land Between the County of San Mateo and the
City of South San Francisco,' be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to execute same and. impress the Seal of said City thereon.
