CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED,
LOT 55, BLOCK @, WESTBOROUGH-WEST
PARK 3B (COMMON GREEN)
policy in the sum of

the Grantor.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
accept delivery and record or cause recordation of the deed
from Beverly-Glenwood Corporation, a California corporation,
to the City of South San Francisco, dated March 15, 1971,
for Lot $$ in Block 9, as shown on the map entitled "Westborough-
West Park Unit 3B, South San Francisco, California," filed
February 1i, 1971, in Book 71 of Maps at pages i47 to 51,
as an addition to the common green for Westborough-West
Park Unit 3B, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" the condition of title to be free and clear of all liens,
taxes and encumbrances, except those accepted by City, said
condition of title to be assured by a standard title insurance

2. Execution of the supplemental agreement entitled,
"Supplemental Agreement - Common Green, Westborough-West Park
Unit 3B," is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and City
Clerk attest his signature thereto, the same to be recorded
concurrently with the recordation of said grant deed.
3. The City Attorney and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to issue escrow instructions, if necessary,
and execute other documents and do any other acts necessary
to carry out the provisions of this Resolution.
