CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A MODIFICATION AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR
SEWER RENTAL CHARGES FOR INDUSTRIAL
VILLAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the Agreement, Modification
No. 1, dated the 5th day of April , 1971 , between
the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and
the Housing Authority in the City of South San Francisco, a
public corporation, modifying the sewer rental charges as
therein provided, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is author-
ized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City and City
Clerk attest his signature thereto.
