CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF
AN AGREEMENT (BOX CULVERT - WINSTON MANOR
BRANCH OF COLMA CREEK)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Clerk be and he is hereby author-
ized to record or cause recordation in the Official Records
of the County of San Marco of the agreement entitled "Agreement,
Box Culvert, Winston Manor Branch of Colma Creek," entered
into between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation, and Hamlin Land Company, a California corpora-
tion.
