A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONSENT
TO ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT -
MAINTENANCE OF COMMON GREENS
WEST PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that, the assignment of "Agreement Between
City of South San Francisco and A. & J. Shooter & Associates -
Maintenance of Common Greens, West Park," having been executed
by A. & J. Shooter & Associates, Inc., on March 16. 1970

the Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute 'for
the City of South San Francisco the consent by City to Assign-
ment with his signature to be attested by the City Clerk.
