CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING NORTH SAN
MATEO COUNTY JAIL FACILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council, being advised of the need
for adequate jail facilities in North San Mateo County to
implement the effective law enforcement effort of the
several cities within that area, does hereby:
1. Respectfully request that the San Mateo County Board
of Supervisors construct jail facilities in North
San Mateo County, and
2. Respectfully request the cities of Daly City,
Pacifica, San Bruno, Burlingame, Millbrae and
Brisbane to join in this request to the San Mateo
County Board of Supervisors for the construction
of such facilities.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
