CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF
A BLASTING PERMIT - OYSTER POINT
MARINA SANITARY LANDFILL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of $muth
San Francisco, an application having been made for a permit
to conduct blasting operations on the parcel known as the
Oyster Point Marina sanitary landfill, it is hereby ordered
that a blasting permit be issued to South San Francisco
Scavenger Company, a co-partnership; Arthur "Buzz" Haskins,
their contractor; and C. A. Magistretti Co., Inc., subcontractor,
on the terms and conditions contained in Ordinance No. 202 of
the City of South San Francisco, amendments thereto, and the
terms of this permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
