CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE
OF AN AMENDED GRADING PERMIT TO
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES CALIFORNIA
PROPERTIES, INC., FOR THE TWENTY-
SIX ACRE DISPOSAL AREA LOCATED
NORTHEASTERLY OF BUTLER AVENUE
AND OPPOSITE ECCLES AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works having
filed a report of his recommendations on the application of
Cabot, Cabot g Forbes CalifOrnia Properties, Inc., for a
Grading Permit amendment (amending the permit authorized
December 21, 1964, by Resolution 4107) for the twenty-six
acre disposal area located northeasterly of Butler Avenue
and opposite Eccles Avenue, the City Council hereby authorizes
the City Clerk to issue an amended Grading Permit to Cabot,
Cabot $ Forbes California Properties, Inc., for the twenty-
six acre disposal area located northeasterly of Butler Avenue
and opposite Eccles Avenue.
