CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING PASSAGE OF
AB 954 OR SB 550 - FLOOD CONTROL~
STATE PARTICIPATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Coumcil having reviewed AB 954
and SB $$0 and further having determined that the provision
set forth in said proposed legislation is critical to the
success of the proposed United States Army Corps project for
Colma Creek in South San Francisco, does hereby respectfully
request passage of either of said bills and does further
respectfully solicit the assistance of Senator Arlen Gregorio,
Assemblyman Leo Ryan and Assemblyman Dixon Arnett in securing
passage thereof.
