CITY COUNCIL: CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
OF A DEED FROM ROSS CONTI, TAX
COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATE0
(0.05 ACRES MORE OR LESS, ADJACENT
TO LOT 28, BLOCK 2 OF CITY PARK
ADDITI ON.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the deed made the 26th day of March, 1971,
by Ross Conti, Tax Collector of the County of San Mateo,
California, conveying to the City of South San Francisco
0.05 acres, more or less, adjacent to Lot 28, Block 2 of the
City Park addition, Ptn R R R/W Ab and acreage, South San
Francis co, more particularly described as follows, is hereby
accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to record said deed
in the Official Records of San Mateo County.
Ail that certain Real property situated in the
City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of Lot 28
as delineated on that certain map entitled "CITY PARK
ADDITION" which was recorded July 20, 19 38 in Vol. 21
of Maps at page 79 thereof, San Mateo County records;
thence south 15° 33' West 50.35 feet more or less
to an intersection with the southerly right of way
line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company which
right of way was conveyed to them by the South San
Francisco Land $ Improvement Company by deed dated
September 19, 1893 and recorded December 1, 1893 in
Book 67 of deeds at page 21 thereof, San Mateo County
Records; thence westerly along the southerly line of
said right of way on the arc of a curve to the left
having a radius of 1121.00 feet a distance of 40.39
feet to a point which bears South 15° 33' west from
the southwesterly corner of said Lot; thence North
15° 33' east a distance of 50.59 feet to said South-
westerly corner of said lot; thence easterly on the
southerly line of said lot on the arc of a curve to
the right having a radius of 1171.00 feet a distance
of 40.36 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
