CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE COUNCIL'S
INTENTION TO DISESTABLISH THE DOWNTOWN
MERCHANTS' BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
REPEAL ORDINANCE 610 PASSED DECEMBER 21,
19 70.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that said Council declares its intention to
disestablish the area known as the Downtown Merchants'
Business Improvement Area of the City of South San Francisco
and repeal Ordinance 610 passed December 21, 1970, and does
further set June 7, ~97~ , at 8:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco as the date,
time and place of hearing required therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be
published once in the "Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, said
publication to be made on May 7 , 1971.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting
held on the 3rd day of May
