CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DEFERRING COLLECTION
OF ADDITIONAL TAX LEVY PROVIDED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 610.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to defer collection of the levy imposed by Ordinance No. 610
until the 30th day of September, 1971 as the Council is com-
mencing proceedings to disestablish the Downtown Merchants'
Business Improvement Area and the purpose of this deferment
is to provide sufficient time for the Ordinance disestablish-
ing the area to take effect.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting
held on the 3rd day of May
