CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE COUNTY
OF SAN MATE0 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING
1.09 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council authorizes the execution of a Quitclaim
Deed to the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of
the State of California, for the following-described parcel
of land:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly
line of Mission Road, said point being the most
Southerly corner of Lot 8, Block 2 Map of Regli
Tract, filed April 7, 1924, in Book 11 of Maps at
page 63; running thence North 10° 21' 36" East on
and along the Easterly line of said Lot 8, 151.42
feet; thence South 74° 07' 22" East 20 8.49 feet;
thence South 14° 32' West 321.43 feet to a point
of the said Northeasterly line of Mission Road,
thence North 33° 52' 56" West on and along the said
Northeasterly line of Mission Road 264.03 feet to
the point of beginning. CONTAINING 1.09 acres of
land.
2. The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tern be and they are
hereby authorized to execute said Quitclaim Deed on
behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
adjourned
