A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE
OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
EL CAMIN0 REAL SIDEWALK PROJECT
(Arroyo to Chestnut)
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of this City be, and he is
hereby directed to call for bids for the sale of improve-
ment bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 5502, adopted by this Council on March 1, 1971.
2. The Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared by
Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be given by said law
firm causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various
banks and bondhouses interested.in the purchase of such
bonds at least ten days before the date of sale of said
bonds.
3. The City will furnish the legal opinion of
the law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton ~ Lynch, San Mateo,
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the
proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoi~ng Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of May, 1971, by
the following vote:
