HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 5575-1971.o RESOLUTION NO. 5575 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING FREEWAY AGREEMENT (ROUTES 101 AND 380). WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of Highways (hereinafter called "State"), has presented an agreement entitled, "Freeway Agreement" which concerns State Highway Routes 101 and 380 within the City of South San Francisco and the South San Francisco Belt Railroad and on Route 380 at Route 101 Interchange, and WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agree- ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have State include in the plans and specifications and project a 1900 CFS structure to pass storm waters to Navigable Slough; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said agreement shall stand approved and the Mayor, the City Manager and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of the City, when same is amended to include provisions for the inclusion of a 1900 CFS structure to pass storm waters to Navigable Slough.
