CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNEXATION
OF "LANDS OF LOUIS POLETTI ADJOIN-
ING COUNTRY CLUB PARK."
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the
County of San Mateo by Resolution No. 316, passed April 21,
1971, approved the annexation to the City of South San Francisco
of the territory designated as "Lands of Louis Poletti Adjoin-
ing Country Club Park", more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto, and did, pursuant to Government Code Sec-
tions 35015, 54797.1 and related sections, authorize the City
to proceed without notice and hearing, and
WHEREAS, on the 2d day of June, 1971 the owners of all
the land in the territory proposed to be annexed, shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, filed a petition with the City
of South San Francisco to annex said territory to said City
and did further on said date file with said City, in accord-
ance with Government Code Section 35319, written consent that
the property within the territory shall upon annexation be
taxed and subject to taxation to pay any indebtedness or
liability of City contracted prior to or existing at the time
of annexation on the same basis as property is taxed through-
out said City, and
WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of
South San Francisco and is uninhabited territory in the County
of San Mateo, State of California, and
WHEREAS, all of the applicable procedural requirements
of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, and
particularly Sections 35015, 35310 and 54797.1 of the Govern-
ment Code have been fully complied with;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the said Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby approve the annexation of said territory,
hereinafter more particularly described in Exhibit "A", to
the City of South San Francisco and does hereby further
resolve that the said territory be, and is hereby annexed
to the City of South San Francisco.
2. That said territory, designated as "Lands of Louis
Poletti Adjoining Country Club Park," the annexation of which
to the City of South San Francisco is hereby approved, is all
that territory situate in the County of San Mateo, State of
California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" hereto
attached and by reference made a part hereof.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare
under seal a certified copy of this Resolution, giving the
date of its passage, and transmit it to the Secretary of
State of the State of California.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file with
the County Recorder an affidavit of completion and attach
Certificate of the Secretary of State in accordance with
Government Code Section 34080 and file a statement or map
or plat with the State Board of Equalization in accordance
with Sections 54900 through 54903 of the Government Code of
the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting

ADJOINING COUHTRY CLUB PARK
TO BE-AHNEXED TO THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
SAN MATEO COUNTY,' CALIFORNIA
BEGINNING at an angle point in tile corporate limits line of the City of
South San Francisco, said POINT OF BEGINNING being the most northerly corner
of the boundary of that certain parcel of land annexed to the City of South
.San Francisco by City Ordinance No. 463, dated 5 May, 1961 (Country Club
Center Territory annexation), said POINT OF BEGINNING also being the most
northerly corner of lot l, block "B", as said lot and block are shown on that
certain map entitled "TRACT NO. 534, I~P NO. 1 COUNTRY CLUB PARK, SAN ~ATEO
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of San Mateo County in Volume 23 of Maps at pages 54, 55 and
56 on May 9, 1941, thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the corporate
limits line of South San Francisco and the northwesterly line of said lot l,
block "B", S 58° 45' W 140.00 feet to the most westerly corner of the lands
~nnexed by said Ordinance No. 463; thence continuing along said corporate
limits line S 31° 15' E' 225.00 feet to the most northerly corner of lot 8,
block "A" as shown on the above describeJ map, said northerly corner being
a point in the corporate limits as established by the City of South San
Francisco Ordinance No. 427, dated November 3, 1958 (Poletti Annexation);
thence continu~n§ on corporate limits and the northwesterly line of said lot
8, S 58° 45'. W llS.00 feet; thence tangent to the preceding course southerly
on-the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 25 feet and a central
an~le of 90° 00' 00" .

porate limits tangent to the preceding course N 31° 15' W 130.00 feet to the
end of the curve on the southwesterly line of said lot l; thence along said
last southwesterly lot line and its northwesterly extension N 31° 15' W 260.00
feet; thence N 58° 45' E 280.00 feet to a point in the corporate limits as
established by.South San Francisco Ordinance No. 4z18, dated February 15, 1960
(Janeiro-Fay Annexation); thence along said corporate limits S 31° 15' E 140.00
