A RES6LUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT REGARDING EASEMENTS 0VER·
LOT 15, BLOCK 16, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 3-A.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, thati~the Council having received the
request of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes to clear a twenty (20) foot
easement,not particularly described in prior records, and
referred to as a floating easement, from the parcel described
as Lot 15, Block 16, South San Francisco Industrial Park No.
3-A, the Council orders release of said parcel from the
easement by agreement or appropriate document of title, and
the retention of any necessary access to the dump site.
I hereby certify that the-foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of June ,
19 71 , by the following vote:
