CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE,
ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS AND OTHER
DOCUMENTS - SECURITY AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized to execute the following:
1. Request for Deeds of Reconveyance of the
Following Deeds of Trust:
a. Deed of Trust dated June 19, 1967, recorded on
June 20, 1967, in Book 5322 of Official Records
at Page 673, records of San Mateo County
(Area 12).
b. Deed of Trust dated June 19, 1967, recorded on
June 20, 1967, in Book 5322 of Official Records
at Page 670, records of San Mateo County
(Area 13).
c. Deed of Trust dated June 19, 1967, recorded on
June 20, 1967, in Book 5322 of Official Records
at Page 667, records of San Mateo County
(Area 13A).
2. Release of parcels described in each of said Deeds of
Trust from the Agreement between City of South San
Francisco, Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., Michael Callan,
Thomas Callan, Jr., and Joseph Caesar as individuals,
recorded June 19, 1967, in Book 5322 of Official Records,
Pages 132 to 200, Records of San Mated County.
3. Escrow Instructions and Other Documents.
Execute and deliver or cause execution and delivery of
escrow instructions, authorizations or other documents
with respect to the release of said parcels from said
agreements and requests for said re conveyance .

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting
held on the 23rd day of
