CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF RELEASE, ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS AND
OTHER DOCUMENTS - PARCEL DESIGNATED
AS 15-C (SECURITY AGREEMENT AND
RELATED DOCUMENTS ).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized to execute the following:
1. Agreement Recorded June 19, 1967, and
Deed of Trust Recorded June 20, 1967.
A. Release from the Agreement between the City of
South San Francis co, Caesar Callan Homes, Inc. ,
Michael Callan, Thomas Callan, Jr., and Joseph Caesar

as individuals, recorded June 19, 1967, in Book 5322
of Official Records, pages 132 through 200, Records
of San Mateo County, the parcel described in the Deed
of Trust and Assignment of Rents dated June 19, 1967,
recorded June 20, 1967, Book 5322 of Official Records,
pages 648 through 650, Series No. 57623AA, Records
of San Mateo County, and said Deed of Trust.
B. Request for Deed of Reconveyance for the Deed of Trust
and Assignment of Rents dated June 19, 1967, recorded
June 20, 1967, Book 5322 of Official Records, pages
648 through 650, Series 57623AA, Records of San Mateo
County.
2. Agreement Executed September 5, 1967, and
Deed of Trust Recorded October 17, 1968.
When either of the following conditions is met:
A. The title company has in escrow for delivery to City
and recordation a grant of right-Of-way for Gellert
Boulevard Extension as described in the Agreement
entitled, "Agreement, Street and Site Public Improve-
ments - Westborough Square," dated September 5, 1967,

the condition of title being free and clear of all
taxes, liens and encumbrances, except those acceptable
to City, same to be evidenced by a policy of title
insurance and an agreement to prepare plans and
specifications, construct improvements and other
related acts set forth in said Agreement of September
5, 1967, and a corporate surety performance bond and
labor and materials bond in the sum of 100% of the
construction cost, or
B. The title company has a statement from the law firm
of Wilson, Jones, Morton and Lynch, Attorneys at Law,
that an improvement district has been formed for the
purpose of constructing and funding the improvement
of Gellert Boulevard Extension as above described,
and the title company has a grant of right-of-way for
said Gellert Boulevard Extension as above described;
then the City Attorney shall deliver the executed Release
and Request for Reconveyance hereinafter set forth:
A. A release from the Agreement entitled, "Street and
Site Public Improvements - Westborough Square,"
entered into on the 5th day of September, 1967, by
and between Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., a California
corporation, Michael Callan and Thomas Callan, Jr.,
as individuals, and the City of South San Francisco,
the parcel des. cribed in the Deed of Trust executed
October 5, 1967, recorded October 17, 1968, Book
5545, Page 710, Series No. 83750-AB, Official Records
of San Mateo County, and said Deed of Trust.
B. Request for Deed of Re conveyance for the Deed of
Trust Executed October 5, 1967, recorded October 17,
1968, Book 5545, page 710, Series No. 83750-AB,
Official Records of San Mateo County.

3. Escrow Instructions and Other Documents.
Execute and deliver or cause execution and delivery of
escrow instructions, authorizations or other documents
with respect to the release of said parcels from said
agreements and requests for said reconveyance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regularmeeting
held on the 23rd day of
