A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD MEDIAN STRIP
LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT '
RESOLVED, ~y the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order ~f the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the tenth day of June , 19
· for the work to be done and the improvement to be made.----~s
described and specified'
WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD MEDIAN STRIP
LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT-
'' NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and. equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bzdder, at.the unit
prices named in their bid to wit:

2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to

Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the.
