CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FREEWAY AGREEMENT
(ROUTES 101 AND 380).
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented an
agreement entitled "Freeway Agreement" which concerns State
Highway Routes 101 and 380 within the City of South San
.Francisco and the South San Francisco Belt Railroad and on
Route 380 at Route 101 Interchange, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agree-
'ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof.
THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South 'San Francisco that said agreement be and
the same is hereby approved and the Mayor, the City Manager
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular · meeting
held on the sixth day of July
