A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING
PERMIT TO SWIFT & COMPANY,
B]m~-~' AND KAHNNEILER, AND
ASSOCIATED CONSTRUCTION AND
ENG~m~ING CONPA~.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Director of Public Works having filed
a report of his recommendations on the application of Swift
& Company, Bennett and Kahnweiler, and Associated Construction
and Engineering Company for a Grading Permit to grade a
parcel as described in the Grading Permit Application dated
May 28, 1971, and as shown on the Gra~ing Plan, Swift & Co.
Development, dated January 1971, revised March 1971, Job
No. 71-2003, prepared by Nuns R. Mulberg, Inc., Civil Engineers,
the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to issue
the Grading Permit entitled "Grading Permit to Swift & Company,
Bennett and Kahnweiler, and Associated Construction and
Engineering Company."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
