CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF PUBLIC INTEREST AND
NECESSITY AND AUTHORIZATION TO FILE
AN ACTION 'IN EMINENT DOMAIN (KIESSLING
P ROPE RTY ) ·
RESOLVED, that public interest and necessity require
the acquisition by the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation of the State of California, of the
following parcel of real property situate in the City of
South San Francisco, State of California, more particularly
described as follows, to wit:
Ail that certain real property situate in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State
of California, described as follows:
Lot 19, Block 125, as designated on the map
entitled "South San Francisco, San Mateo Co Cal,
Plat No. 1" which map was filed in the office of
the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State
of California on March 1, 1892 in Book "B" of
Maps at page 6 and a copy entered in Book 2 of
Maps at page 52.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said lands are suitable,
adaptable, necessary and required for the public use of said
City of South San Francisco, to wit: For construction,
operation, maintenance and use as a parking lot.
The City Attorney is hereby ordered and directed to
commence proceedings in eminent domain against the owner
of said parcel of land and any and all interests therein
or claims thereto for the condemnation thereof for the
public use of the City of South San Francisco as aforesaid.
