CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF MODIFICATION AGREEMENT -
WIDENING OF STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 82
(EL CAMIN0 REAL - ORANGE AVENUE
TO CHESTNUT AVENUE).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the Modification Agreement
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corpo-
ration, and the State of California, acting by and through
its Business and Transportation Agency, Department .of Public
Works, Division of Highways, for the widening of State High-
way Route 82 (El Camino Real) between 0.1 mile north of Orange
Avenue and 0.1 mile south of Chestnut Avenue, is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
