A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF MODIFICATION AGREEMENT -
WIDENING OF STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 82
(EL CAMINO REAL - CHESTNUT TO ARROYO).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the Modification Agreement
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corpora-
tion, and the State of California, acting by and through its
Business and Transportation Agency, Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, for the widening of State Highway Route
82 (El Camino Real) between 0.1 mile south of Chestnut Avenue
to 0.1 mile north of Arroyo Drive, is hereby authorized and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 19th day of July , 1971 , by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, Frank J. Bertucelli, William A.
Borba, F. Frank Mammini and Warren Steinkamp
