CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT
WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY -
OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council hereby authorizes a contribu-
tion of Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars
($3,335.00) to the improvement of Oyster Point Boulevard
crossing, P.U.C. No. E-8.4, and further authorizes the execu-
tion of an agreement with Southern Pacific Transportation
Company so providing, with the Mayor being authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk
attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reoular meeting
held on the 19th day of July , 1971 , by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, Frank J. Bertucelli, Will iam A.
Borba, F. Frank Mammini and Warren Steinkamp

ABSENT, " None
