CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE COUNCIL'S
INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A DEMONSTRATION
GRANT - RECYCLING OF SOLID WASTE.
WHEREAS, the City Council on Wednesday, July 14, 1971,
heard a presen~tation regarding recycling of solid waste and
demonstration grants available therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council does hereby declare its
intention to apply for a demonstration grant pursuant to
the Resource Recovery Act of 1970 and related legisla.tion,
said application to be made either jointly with the City of
San Francisco and the City of Mountain View or individually
by the City of South San Francisco as determined by the
Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
