CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING PERMIT TO GRADE
A PORTION OF THE PARCEL DESIGNATED AS
PARCEL 16 IN WESTBOROUGH AND TO REMOVE
SURPLUS MATERIAL FROM SAID AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the permit entitled "Permit To Grade a
Portion of the Parcel Designated as Parcel 16 in Westborough
and To Remove Surplus Material from Said Area," issued
December 18, 1967, and amended, is hereby further amended
as follows:
1. Amendment of Section 2D(2)(a): Section 2D(2)(a) is
hereby amended to read:
(a) South San Francisco.
Permittee shall use the following streets in hauling
materials from said site and return to said site:
(1) That portion of Westborough Boulevard between
Gellert Boulevard and Junipero Serra Freeway, and
(2) That portion of Gellert Boulevard between the
intersection of Westborough Boulevard to a point
on Gellert Boulevard southerly for a distance of
sixty (60) feet.
2. Amendment of Section 3: Section 3 of the permit is
hereby amended by deleting the sum of the corporate surety
bond now stated as $135,000.00 and requiring in its place a
corporate surety bond of $20,000.00.
This amendment or copy thereof shall be attached to the
original permit in central records.
