A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED
ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 2815
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT 2-C - ZONE III
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ASSESSMENT NO. 19A
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of. South San Fran-
cisco, San Matee County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the City clerk ~of said City all pursuant te Resolution of Intention
No. 2815, adopted by the City Council of said City on June 15, 1959,
and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and
said assessment was confirmed by said Council on July 6, 1959, and
recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City;
and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under
the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no
longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said
assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
1. Louis H. Goss, City Engineer, shall cause to be prepared
and filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and
diagram of the lots or parcels ~so divided, said parcels being de-
signated Assessment No. 19A.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits
to the .several parts of the original lots or parcels and the total
amount of the assessments of the several portions of the original
lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon said
original lot or parcel of land.
3. That Tuesday, the 7th day of September, 1971, at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the regular meeting place ef said
Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, South San FranciSco, Calif-
ornia, be, and the same are hereby, fixed as the time and place
for hearing said amended assessment before said Council.
4. That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the
time and place ef such hearing before the Council by publishing
a notice ef said amended assessment twice in the South San Fran-
cisco Enterprise Journal, a newspaper ef general circulation
published and circulated in said City, the first-publication
being not less than fifteen (15) days before said hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ~esolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 2nd day of August, 1971, by the following vote:
