CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING
PERMIT TO MERCK & CO., INC.,
AND THEIR CONTRACTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Director of Public Works having filed
a report of his recommendations on the application of Merck
& Co., Inc., and their contractor for a Grading Permit to
grade a parcel designated on the plat entitled, "Marine
Plant Warehouse Expansion - Grading Plan," Drawing No. S-?1024-C-2,
dated July ?, 1971, prepared by Rogers Engineering Co., Inc.,
the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to issue
the Grading Permit entitled, "Grading Permit to Merck $ Co.,
Inc., and Their Contractor."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
