RESOLUTION NO. 5615
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MODIFICATION
OF AGREEMENT TO INCLUDE PROGRAM OF
LOCAL AGENCY TOPICS IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the document entitled"Program
of Local Agency TOPICS Improvement Projects in the City of
South San Francisco" which provides for the inclusion of
Exhibit A in the agreement between City and State dated
April 5, 1971, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
