CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
'AGREEMENT--TANFORAN~ STREET LIGHTING
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute an Agreement for Street Lighting Tanforan Park
Unit No. 1 and Unit No. 2 by accepting the offer made in
the letter of E. F. Cook and Associates, Ltd., dated
July 14~ 1971.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute an Agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric Co.
therefor.
