CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WITHDRAWAL
OF FUNDS FROM THE REVENUE FUND AND
DEPOSIT IN THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francis co that:
1. In accordance with Resolution No. 2896, passed
November 16, 1959, determination has been made that the sums
required to be maintained in the following funds have been
so maintained:
A. Parking District No. 1 Operation and Maintenance
Fund
B. Parking District No. 1 Bond Service Fund
C. Parking District No. 1 Reserve Fund
D. Parking District No. 1 Series A Sinking Fund
2. The Council authorizes the City Treasurer in accord-
ance with Section 5.05, Subsection 5, to withdraw the sum of
Thirty Thousand Dollars ($ 30,000
and transfer same to the General Fund of the City to be used
for any lawful purpose, in this particular instance for the
acquisition of a parcel of land designated as the Kiessling
Parcel and the clearing of said parcel and any work incidental
