CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH DeLEUW, CATHER g COMPANY
-- PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that execution of the agreement between
the City of South San Francisco, a municipal Corporation,
and DeLeuw, Cather and Comp. any, Consulting Engineers, for
Pedestrian Safety Program Engineering Services, is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
agreement for the City, and City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
