A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1971 - ?2 -
WEST PARK 3 PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 19 ?1- ?2 for the WEST PARK 3 PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at .... O,~ ~ol~r and lhirt¥ Cents
($ .3o
) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of
assessed value of all real property in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so t. hat he may compute
and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of·
On~ Dollar and Thirty Cents ($ .... 1.30
) per One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00) assessed value on the property enumerated
and assessed as being in said WEST PARK 3 pARKS AND PARKWAYS

MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
reguIarly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of SOuth San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held this
