A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1971 - 72 -

STONEGATE RIDGE PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 1971 - 72 for the STONEGATE RIDGE PARKS AND
,
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at One Dollar a,d Ihirty Cents
($ 1'.30 ) uPon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
of assessed value of all real property in said District.
2. The City Clerk shall forwar'd a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute
and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of
One Dollar, and Thirty Cents ($ 1.30 ) per One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) assessed value on the property
enumerated and assessed as being in said STONEGATE RIDGE PARKS
AND ~ PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.

3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a n adjourned regular
