CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A
PERMIT TO SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION
COMPANY--RELOCATION OF TRACKAGE IN
KIMBALL 'WAY AND EAST GRAND AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that a permit be issued to Southern
Pacific Transportation Company providing for the "Reloca-
tion of Trackage in Kimball Way and East Grand Avenue."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the'' 7th day of September , 19 71 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern. Frank J. Bertucelli, 'William A.
