RESOLUTION NO. 5660
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF COLMA
--MI S SION 'ROAD SANITARY SEWER AREA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. Execution of the Agreement entitled, "Agreement for
Sewage Disposal by and between the City of South San Francisco
and the Town of Colma," dated September 8 ,19 ?1 ,
providing for sanitary sewer services to the area in Colma
designated as the "Mission Road Sanitary Sewer Area," is
hereby authorized to take effect upon the receipt of consent
by the City of San Bruno, as provided for in the Joint Powers
Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and the City
of San Bruno.
2. The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute the
Agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
