A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE
OF LOT 32, ~BLOCK 6, WEST PARK
UNIT NO'.'
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is
hereby authorized to consent to the release from the
Holding Agreement dated September 13, 1966, and instruct
Title Insurance and Trust Company to convey~' said parcel
as directed by Caesar-Callan Homes, Inc. or their suc-
cessors in interest and assigns.
DES CRIPTION
Lot 32 in Block 6, as 'designated on the map
entitled "WESTBOROUGH-WEST PARK UNIT NO. 1
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALI-
FORNIA", which map was filed in the office of
the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State
of California, on November 19, 1964 in Book 61
of Maps at pages 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a · regular meeting
held on the 7th day of Sentember , 19 71
by the following vote:
